Everyone is an athlete! Some of you compete in organized sports while others are playing “the game of life.” It is the mission of 2 The Top Performance Training staff to develop and implement safe and effective performance programs that reduce risk of injury and enhance your performance.  You will experience a professional staff who inspire positive change and empower you to become the best you can be. Your program will include challenging functional movement and resistance training exercises as well as a cardio-respiratory program at and an intensity level appropriate for you. Our flexibility and range of motion techniques will be the foundation for reducing chronic pain and discomfort while increasing your overall energy and functional capacity for life and sport.
